Ooh... I remembered one. I'll keep it short.
Listening to Poker Road Radio last week (catching up on the 5 Diamond Episodes). One of the guests (though it may have been Barry Greenstein) was breaking down a hand and they made a good point that, if I can keep this frame of reference, will help with tilt. When thinking about hands you played, think about the ones that *DON'T* play themselves. A hand like AA vs KK plays itself most of the time. If you get it all in preflop, generally speaking, that hand played itself. It was just a coinflip on who had the Aces and who had the Kings. This time it was your opponent, next time it could be you.
