Playing horribly. I busted out of all 3 tournaments (albeit small ones) I was in last night, and donked off about $70 at the cash games. My bankroll is now down to about $130. I now have to drop back down to .05/.10 and get some freakin' discipline back.

Same exact thing just happened to me... my bankroll took a massive hit over 4 days of holidays and now im back at the 0.05/0.10 tables... it sucks but like u said - gotta learn the discipline bit.....
